Does he like his job? - Carriage horses are bred to work in harness. The exercise he receives while working keeps him healthy
Does the pavement hurt his hooves? - No, he wears protective shoes.
Is pulling all this weight hard on a horse? - A horse can easily pull six times it's own weight. Our horses use only 6% of their capacity.
What are the horses fed? - Our horses have two to three meals of hay and grain per day and all the grass they want to eat in the pasture.
